Gimagine Award for DofE
The cost for an individual license for a DofE participant (Bronze/Silver) is £30. If you are a parent/guardian and happy with your child taking German as their DofE Skill with the Gimagine Award, please proceed with the payment. If you are a DofE participant, please ask your parent/guardian to support you with the payment process. Once the fee is paid, the DofE participant has access to all Gimagine Award modules and will automatically be assessed by the DofE Approved Activity Provider Friends of the Goethe-Institut UK in DofE on completion of their selected DofE level.

The Gimagine Award is a self-learning programme designed by the Goethe-Institut and delivered by the Friends of the Goethe-Institut UK. With the Gimagine Award, you will acquire beginner German language skills or expand your existing knowledge, and explore key future competencies across a broad range of topics. Find out more here.
For your DofE’s Award skill, you can choose between Bronze (13h), Silver1 (13h) and Silver2 (26h) in the form field below. Once you have completed the required number of modules, you will automatically receive a certificate. As an Approved Activity Provider, we will assess your acquired skills and upload the assessment report to eDofE.
Sign-up process: Please state your and your parent’s/guardian's correct email addresses below. Your parent/guardian will then receive an email to approve your participation. Please ensure your DofE ID is entered correctly.
Important note: By submitting this form, you are only starting the enrolment process. Only after your parent/guardian and yourself have confirmed your participation, a payment link will become available. After successful payment, you can start your learning journey.
